Welcome to The Reactivity Recovery Trail™ Modular Programme! - I’m so glad you’re here!

Whether you’ve joined one step or the full Trailhead Collection, you’ve taken an incredible step towards transforming life with your dog.

Before we begin, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:

1. Access & Availability

  • Upon purchase, you’ll receive lifetime access* to the content included in your chosen bundle(s), delivered via the Reactivity Recovery Trail™ online course platform. 
  • You’ll also receive 6 months of live support, including:
✔️Access to the Trailblazer Community
✔️Monthly group Q&A sessions 
Your support period begins from the date of your purchase.
*Lifetime access relates to the life of the course, not your own – if the programme is ever retired, you’ll be given plenty of notice and a chance to download what you need.

2. Community & Behavioural Expectations

  • This is a kind, supportive, judgement-free space for all dog owners. By participating in the Trailblazer Community or live Q&As, you agree to treat others with respect and compassion. 
  • This course is not a substitute for veterinary care or in-person behavioural assessments. If your dog has a history of aggression or complex medical issues, please feel free to reach out so we can decide together if this is the right fit.

3. Digital Access & Legal Notice

This is a digital training product with instant access to materials upon purchase.
Support is provided via the Trailblazer Community and monthly Q&A sessions.  

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:    
✔️ You are buying a digital training resource with immediate access
✔️ under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once access has been granted. However, caniAmis offers a voluntary 14-day Happiness Guarantee (see below), so you can try the course risk-free.

4. Happiness Guarantee & Refunds

I want you to feel excited about joining The Reactivity Recovery Trail™ – and most importantly, I want it to truly help you and your dog.

That’s why I offer a 14-day Happiness Guarantee. 

If, within the first 14 days, you’ve:  
✔️Started the program  
✔️Taken action on the materials  
✔️And feel it’s not the right fit  
...just email me and I’ll refund your payment in full – no awkward conversations, and no hard feelings.  ✨
Your access to the program will be revoked, and any future payments (if applicable) will be cancelled.

After the 14-day window, no refunds are available. 

5. Payment Terms

  • If you choose a payment plan (where available), you agree to complete all scheduled payments. 
  • Failed payments may result in paused access until resolved.

6. Copyright & Usage

  • All content, videos, resources, and materials in The Reactivity Recovery Trail™ are the intellectual property of Hazel Johnson trading as caniAmis and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission. 
  • Your enrolment gives you personal access only. Please do not share your login or materials with others (even if their dog is adorable!). 

7. Ethical Training Principles

This program is built on the foundation of force-free, science-backed, compassionate training methods.
By enrolling, you agree to approach your dog’s learning journey with kindness, patience, and a commitment to positive, ethical training.

8. Programme Updates & Changes

I reserve the right to make changes or updates to the programme structure, lesson content, or resources as needed to improve the experience.  Any updates will be made in good faith and communicated where relevant.

9. Live Support & Scheduling

While I aim to offer consistent monthly support, occasional changes may occur due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances. I’ll always give notice when possible.

10. GDPR & Data Protection

Your personal information will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering this programme. This includes your name, address, email address, telephone number, and course progress. Your data is handled in accordance with UK and EU GDPR regulations.

11. Tech & Troubleshooting

If something’s not working or you need help accessing your materials, just reach out. While I can’t control your internet connection or device, I’ll always do my best to support you.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • All content is provided with care, experience, and science-backed knowledge - but every dog is unique, and results can vary.
  •  You are responsible for your dog’s behaviour and wellbeing at all times. 
  • Participation in this course is at your own discretion and risk.
